Bring water to a boil and add pasta. Boil for 8-10 minutes, stirring regularly.
Lean into the nutrient richness, and earthy flavour of wholewheat pasta by pairing with mushrooms, red onion, and rich green vegetables such as kale, leek, Cavolo Nero, broccoli and artichoke. Add olives, sundried tomatoes, pine nuts, flaked almonds, fresh basil, and drizzles of chilli oil for extra flavour.
