Soak for 6 - 12 hours then rinse.
Place in pot of water, bring water to the boil (The beans must boil for ten minutes to destroy the toxin) then simmer for 1 – 2 hours or until they are tender. Strain and Serve.
Great in salads, curries, stews and chilli.
