Soak overnight, then rinse. Place in pot with water and boil for 10 minutes. Simmer for a further 40-60 minutes, or until tender. Strain and serve.
Use in casseroles, stews, chilli, soups and bean burgers. Ideal for warm and cold salads. Serve on toast in a sauce, refried in tacos, or mashed.
