Sprinkle over cereals or salads, stir into couscous, curries. Ideal for cakes and bakes such as fruit cake and flapjacks, or simply enjoyed as a snack. Soak in water overnight to release vitamins and minerals. Can be used in recipes as a substitute for sultanas or currants.
