Sprinkle over cereals, salads, smoothie bowls, and soup. Bake into breads, flapjacks, crispbreads, and protein balls. Enjoy as a snack on its own, in trail mix, or toasted and spiced. Mix into pasta salads, risotto, pesto and hummus.
