Bring water to a boil and add pasta. Boil for 8-10 minutes, stirring regularly.
Add a glug of oat milk, a block of Left Coast Culture Cheese, a spoonful of B12, and a dash of mustard. Season, and simmer or bake and you've got yourself a delicious classic macaroni cheese. Top with sriracha sauce, vegan bacon bits, crispy onion, toasted breadcrumbs, or sliced spring onion for extra flavour.
