Soak overnight, then rinse. Place in pot with water and bring to the boil. Simmer for 1.5-2 hours, or until tender. Strain and serve.
Use in casseroles, stews, curries and dahl. Ideal for warm and cold salads. Make savoury or chocolate covered crispy chickpeas, hummus, falafel, and sandwich fillings.
