Sprinkle over cereals, salads, curries and stir fry. Bake into nut roasts and traybakes. Enjoy as a snack on its own, coated in chocolate, or baked with salt and spices. Soak overnight and blend to make cashew milk, nut butter, ice cream, and cheese substitutes.
