
Cooking Instructions
Place one and three-quarter cups of water for each cup of rice and one teaspoon of oil into a pan and bring to the boil. Add rice and simmer for 30 minutes. Remove from heat and leave covered for 10 minutes.
Serving Suggestions
Ideal for savoury bowls paired with sweet potato, spring onion sugar snap peas, miso, sriracha and sesame oil. Black Rice can also be used to make sushi, burritos, salads and rice pudding.
