Soak overnight, then rinse. Place in pot with water and bring to the boil. Simmer for 45 minutes, or until tender. Strain and serve.
Use in casseroles, stews, soups, and chilli. Ideal for warm and cold salads. Make into veggie burgers and balls, or add to taco and quesadilla fillings.
