
Cooking Instructions
Boil in water or veg stock for 10-15 mins. Alternatively, for a chewier texture, put in a heatproof bowl, and soak in boiling water for 20-30 mins, until the water is absorbed and the grains are tender.
Serving Suggestions
Ideal for salads and Tabbouleh. Delicious with lemon, broad beans and Kale.
