
Cooking Instructions
Use two cups of water per cup of rice. Add to a pot with a pinch of salt, and a teaspoon of oil or butter. Bring to a boil, then simmer for 20 minutes, or until all the liquid has been absorbed.
Serving Suggestions
Create a classic creamy risotto dish with oatly cream, herbs, and vegetables, such as asparagus, butternut squash, green peas, spring onion, and mushrooms. Use to make hearty soups, stews, puddings and porridges. Or wrap around Left Coast Culture cheese and coat in breadcrumbs, for delicious arancini.
