
Cooking Instructions
Soak overnight , then rinse. Place in pot with water and bring to the boil. Simmer for 4-6 hours, or until tender, removing foam and topping up water as required throughout. Strain and serve.
Serving Suggestions
Soya beans can be used to make a variety of meat substitutes including tofu, tempeh, and textured soy protein. As well as soy sauce and miso, which are ideal for use in soups, stir fry and rice dishes. You can also make soy based milk, yoghurt and desserts.
