Bring water to a boil and add pasta. Boil for 8-10 minutes, stirring regularly.
Traditionally used in soups and salads, this Pastina, or "little pasta", is also ideal for bakes, one pot dishes, summer stews. A great substitute, for pasta, rices and beans or lentils in a wide range of dishes.
