Bring water to a boil and add pasta. Boil for 8-10 minutes, stirring regularly.
Create a classic lasagne with passata, TVP mince, homemade white sauce and left coast culture cheese. Add in some extra texture with red lentils, and cubed roasted courgette and aubergine. Switch out the tomato sauce and mince for pesto and chargilled veg, or caramelised onion chutney, green lentils, and cauliflower for fresh twists on the classic dish.
